If we fail to meet your expectations in any area of service, we ask that you tell us. From our bus staff, to wait staff, our bar staff, managers, chefs and partners – we’re all prepared to hear your comments – positive or negative – so that we may continue to offer you the finest dining experience possible. The pinnacle of our mission is that you feel we’ve given you fabulous food, red-carpet service, an evening’s entertainment, and the greatest value for your dollar compared to any restaurant you’ve patronized - ever!
If you have special dietary needs or concerns please share them with your Conductor. Our kitchen staff is well-prepared to deal with those needs if they’re aware of them in advance. If you crave something not on our menu, please make your Conductor aware of it. If the kitchen can possibly do it, given time and ingredients, we will endeavor to prepare the object of your desire, in incomparable fashion, and not delay service to your entire party. We do not have a children’s menu based on the premise that our next generation patrons may recall that their meals were custom prepared to their liking – without restraint. So we’ll do the things most kids like – grilled cheese, PB&J, a little spaghetti, and even a hot dog, without any fuss. If your child is more particular, just mention it to your Conductor and we’ll do our best to assure he or she enjoys the ride as much as their parents.
Just so you know, we are happy to take requests (in advance, please) for entrees not on our regular menu. We do catering of all kinds, anytime. We are able to do parties on days we are usually closed. We host special events reasonably regularly – please watch for them, or add yourself to our contact list. And if you’re planning a special celebration or event – birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, weddings, or anything you can imagine – we’ll take extraordinary care of your group – just ask us.
Did we mention our Chef’s Table? Have you ever wondered what really goes on in a fine restaurant’s kitchen? Well, if you can put together a group of 8, you can discover the truth of one of life’s great mysteries. You’ll be entertained by our Chef and staff for the evening in a special area of our kitchen, where you can observe meal preparation and delivery and have conversation with our Chef, Sous Chef and lead cook (as time allows). They may even discuss wine selection or answer a question or problem you’ve had with your favorite home recipe.
